When will I receive my order?

We dispatch all the orders within 12 - 48 working hours. Post that, the delivery timelines are:

  • Delhi - NCR: 0-2 days
  • Metro Cities: 1 - 4 days
  • Rest of India: 2 - 7 days

At all times, you'd be well informed with live tracking link that will be shared with you by Email and SMS.

Unfortunately sometimes, the shipments get stuck in transit due to operational constraints or natural calamities. In such cases, we promise to escalate the matter to our best extent and ensure a happy shopping experience :)

What are the shipping charges?

For a seamless and a transparent shopping experience, we offer FREE SHIPPING PAN India irrespective of the cart value. Just pay what you see!

For CASH ON DELIVERY Facility, we charge ₹100/- additional.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Team Local Kala is an expert at doing breakage proof packaging which has always ensured a happy experience. Unfortunately, if still anything gets damaged in transit, we take full responsibility of it. All you need to do post receiving is:

  • Send pictures or videos to +91 7678182918 on WhatsApp or write an email at hello@localkala.in within a time frame of 48 hours of receiving the products.

We'd ship the replacement within 24 working hours (subject to stock availability) or generate refund. The same would be informed on WhatsApp/Email.

If you are buying anything from the home linen category, you may see few extra threads coming off. They are a part of the manufacturing process and such products don't count as defective products but embraced by an artist :)

Do you have gift packaging options?

Yes, we understand your love for your loved ones! You can add 'Gift Wrap' from the gifting section and leave the rest on us :)

What is the return/exchange policy?

Since, most of the products here are of fragile nature and are breakable in transit if not packed properly, we do NOT offer exchange or return.

For unbreakable items, we only offer exchanges. If the products are used or washed or both post receiving, they are NOT eligible for replacements and exchanges. For the same, you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products.

However, in case of damaged/wrong/missing product, we are always there to help. All you need to do is to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product/s, so that the same can be followed up with the shipping companies.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

Orders once placed can't be cancelled.

However, we can modify the order before it is shipped. You can contact us immediately for the same.
